The open upper section is surrounded by a gallery of turned columns with fluted bases, above beaded recessed panels, and a single drawer.The two-drawer pulls echo the same design as the lobed finials, which appear on the corner posts, terminating in carved acanthus feet, covering the original lacquered brass casters.A single drawer provides further storage, which make this example exceptional in every way.
