Description

Description: Antique Napoleon III bookcase in fine exotic woods with grafts of gilded bronze elements belonging to the second half of the 19th century.

The front is marked by a larger door and two smaller lateral ones with a series of shelves inside that can be adjusted using a ladder system.

All three doors are highlighted by the presence of a bronze fitting with a geometric pattern inlay inside.

The base is of a mixtilinear type and has a bronze cymatium in the center.

The feet have a curvilinear shape and end with expertly chiseled gilded bronze socks.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with the traditional shellac and alcohol handmade method.

Origin: France 19th century.
