Very handsome mahogany and brass bed with matching bedside cupboards.

Fluted columns on bed with brass inlay and brass palm tree knobs. Lovely patina
in the beautifully coloured timber. Craftsmanship in the construction from a previous era. The bed has been professionally restored with timber cleaned and waxed and brass lightly polished. Side rails have been extended to support modern king size mattress 150 cm x 200 cm.

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" deep upholstered mini box base for £225. (Used in photograph) We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £250-£750. Please ask for details or look at mattress section of our own web site.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
