Description

Lovely pair of black and aged brass French single beds with good detail in decorative castings. The beds have been sympathetically restored with side rails checked for good fit, strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. The frames have been shot blasted and primed prior to hand finish with Little Greene paint company Jet black. Original aged brass cleaned. Suitable for standard single mattresses 90cm x 190 cm. These beds could be supplied with a joining link and zipped mattresses for occasional joining to make large double bed.

As an alternative to wood slats we can supply mini box bases to raise the get into bed height and provide superior support 2" platform £135 each.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
