Description

Black and aged brass kingsize classic Victorian bed suitable for king size mattress 5' x 6'6"/150cm x 200 cm. Carefully and sympathetically restored with side rails lengthened, strengthened and adpted to support wood slats. Frame has been shot blasted prior to priming and hand finishing in Little Greene paint company Jet Black and waxed to secure. Pretty details in decorative castings.

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" deep upholstered mini box base for £225. (As used in photograph) We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £250-£750. Please ask for details or look at mattress section of our own web site.

We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
