Very pretty early Victorian 5Fy king size bed with lovely central heart shaped detail, with good definition in the decorative castings. Truly romantic. The bed has been professionally restored with side rails checked for good fit, strengthened, lengthened and adapted to support wood slats. Suitable for king size mattress 150cm x 200cm /5' x 6'6". Original brass knobs and disc have been lightly cleaned to preserve natural aged patina. Original castors.

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses.
