Description

Very pretty and unusual early Victorian double bed with very individual wavy rail detail. Professionally restored with side rails , strengthened and adapted to support wood slats for a double size mattress 135cm x 190cm/4'6"' x6'3". Corner joints checked for good fit. Frame shot blasted and primed prior to interesting graduated hand paint finish in Little Green Paint company Bone China Blue into Brighton and waxed. Very sweet original brass detail has lovely verdigris finish.
