Description

Spectacular French burr walnut bed with gilded bronze ormalu mounts. The bed has been professionally cleaned and polished preserving the lovely aged patina that enhances the lovely figuring within the walnut. The exquisite gilded bronze ormalu mounts depicting garlands and flowers and the pretty pumpkin shaped knobs have also been carefully cleaned and re attached. Side rails have been extended to support modern king size mattress150cm x 200cm.

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses.
