Pretty simple Portuguese forged iron double bed. Lovely light appearance with solid construction. Lovely for a smaller room.Pretty central iron cast motif of roses. The frame has been fully restored. Side rails strngthened and adpted to support wood slats. Frame shot blasted and primed before hand finish in lightly aged Little Green Paint company Aqua marine over Pearl and waxed to preserve.Suitable for double mattress 135cm x 190cm/4'6" x 6'3".

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. £195 for 5cm deep platform base. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses.
