Newly upholstered French king size bed with carved fluted columns depicting acanthus leaves with pineapple knobs. original naturally aged crackle glaze painted frame has been cleaned and waxed to preserve. Side rails have been extended to support modern king size mattress 150cm x 200 cm. within the frame.The bed has been newly covered by professional upholsterer in toasted oatmeal linen fabric with close nail detail.

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses.
