Exceptional early Victorian king size iron bed. Professionally restored with side rails strengthened, lengthened and and adapted to support wood slats. Very good detail in decorative castings. Hand finished in darkest lead colour which compliments this style perfectly. Suitable for modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm/5' x 6'6"

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Photograph taken with 2" deep mini box base.
