Adelin Charles Morel de Tanguy (French, 1857-1930) . Oil on canvas. 25.5 inches by 18 inches and 31.5 by 24 inches including the frame. This is is finely executed painting in the impressionist style of a scene somewhere in the French countryside. In an elaborately carved gilt-wood frame. The painting is in excellent condition. The frame has some very minor losses and rubbing.
