Description

A rare survivor ! Maple and Co hat and whip stand ( will work well with coats also ), made in oak , with seven hooks . As well as having the Maple label , there is a design lozenge for 1877 both to the back of the horseshoe and unusually to each of the 7 hooks , must have been highly regarded when made . Picture shows an advert from 'The Graphic' paper dated 1880 .
