This is a Lord Roberts Workshops coat/ hat/ umbrella stand.The workshops of Lord Roberts employed debilitated service personnel from the First and Second World Wars, who manufactured pieces of furniture for retail market.
The stand is complete with metal drip tray and sectioned umbrella housing.
The distressed paint finish gives a unique look to the piece, which is stamped underneath with the makers name and year of manufacture.

ConditionAll joints firm , solid, distressed paintwork/ waxed polished. No damage, very good overall.
