Description

Antique George III 18c circa 1800 oak tallboy chest on chest of drawers. This lovely piece of furniture is full of charm and character, it has all its original oval brass handles, the centre drawer comes out to reveal secret compartments.
The top is banded in boxwood, holly and mahogany, standing on four pierced ornate bracket feet. The drawers are made of dove tailed oak with pine drawer bottoms. Both sides show shrinkage cracks typical of this type of furniture. overall a honest piece of furniture with great colour and patina. comes in two sections for ease of transport and delivery
