Description

This is a really elegant large Art Nouveau pottery pitcher. The colour is mainly eau de nil but with darker and lighter tones, also a rust coloured "distressing" to the whole body. The pitcher has the look of plant life, coiled stems with leaves attached. It stands 31 cms high and measures 72 cms around the widest part of the body.There is an elegant twist to the handle.
A beautiful piece to stand on its own or to display dried flowers all year round.
There is no makers mark. The base has been painted with grey emulsion and has three round felt stickers to protect any surface it stands on. There is a general feeling of use and wear to the base. No chips or cracks to the pottery pitcher. It is a very heavy item.
