Very wide, (10ft or 300cms),beautifully worked drawn thread work top sheet suitable for a four poster bed. The drawn thread work that makes the turnover section of the sheet is 80 cms deep. The initials M and A are centrally positioned. All the thread work is in place with no loose or broken threads. The total length of the sheet is 280 cms . Also two matching pillow cases, both fully decorated with drawn thread work patterns measuring 88cms by 46 cms. This set is continental, most probably worked by Nuns, early 20th century.
