17th Century Oak Wainscot Chair.

A good usable chunky chair with a detailed carved lozenge to the back panel and flamboyant crest rail.

This chair has had a rope seat at some stage in its life and the rope holes are still visible and a later seat and cushion are now in place it has been built up slightly front and back ,it also has a replaced side stretcher ,it is a chair with history.

Good colour and all the character of a good Early chair it is also extremely heavy hence its survival..
