A 17th Century Joined Oak StoolRecently purchased from the collection of a Sussex Manor house with connections to the music industry .
A chunky example the top with six pegs, turned baluster legs with a cotton reel turning united by four stetchers.
Stamped with the initials I D underneath the top.
21" High
18" Wide
11" Deep
A substantial stool in original condition with a good honest colour and patina.
