An 18th Century Welsh Rushnip On Oak Base

Description
An 18th century welsh rushnip.Denbighshire style.
The later oak stepped base with plain stem and arm with a multi-faceted ball counterweight.
Long rectangular jaws with medium rivet.
Good colour of base and iron,the base has been replaced a long time ago as there is a good crust where the nip goes in the base and burn marks.
Traces of a museum or collection label to the base.
