Description
A fine late 17th century english country oak chest of drawers.The drawers are two over three,all with moulded edges and two cushion moulded.
The sides are plane panel with centre rail,the back which is elm is of two panel construction.
The drawers are pine lined with elm backs.
A good country piece that was sourced privately .
A good patina and colour all round.
The feet have been tipped all round and the top is a georgian addition,but still a great country piece that would furnish any home.
