A characterful pair of antique French cupboard/armoire doors dating from circa 1910. Made from solid wood, probably cherry wood, moulded and panelled construction with visible pegged joints complete with brass hinges to each side. To the middle of the doors is a pair of stunning original brass escutcheons, and also an original lock (no key). The doors have lovely panelling and mouldings and have a beautiful rich patina. These doors would add character to any home – they could be used as window shutters, doors for a cabinet or for a fitted cupboard.
