Description

An attractive and unusual Victorian childs high chair with later folk style painted finish. With a heart pierced back, solid seat and four chamfered tapered legs. Later painted with hearts and roses to the front, it has the Latin “Vivat Crescat” roughly meaning “live long” and to the back it has the roman numerals “MCM LXXV” for 1975. A very interesting chair that would make a great statement piece in a kitchen or childs bedroom.
