Description

A charming antique Georgian / Regency antique bow fronted toilet mirror with beautifully figured mahogany and ebony line inlay, dating from circa 1810. It has oversized turned wooden handles and stands on bun feet and boasts turned mirror supports topped with finials supporting a rectangular mirror plate in a swing frame. The central drawer features a diamond shaped escutcheon and lock and comes with a working key.

Original patina with marks and wear commensurate with age. Some small areas of ebony inlay with historic mends. Some foxing and loss of silvering top the mirror plate.
