Professionally Restored Circa 1903 GE 16" Pancake Desk Fan. GE produced the most desirable post 1900 Pancake model desk fan with their 1903 design. The fully fluted base combined with a 10 wire guard create a very visually pleasing model that today has become highly sought after in the fan collecting community. The example offered here has been professionally restored (unfortunately I do not have the restorers name) which adds to the pleasing characteristics of this model. All brass components appear to have been highly polished as part of the restoration and still display very well. Power wire and head wire appear to have been upgraded at time of restoration and are in great condition. Fan operates perfectly as designed on 5 distinct speeds. A great addition for any fan collection!!
