A Collection of 3 Deeds and 1 Obligation Bond relating to a Family called Wilson (Mary, Roger, Joshua & Frances)who purchased parcels of land, meadows and pastures from a John Nicholson of Cotherstone for 5 shillings and with the consent of William Hodetone Esq., Lord of the Manor of Cotherstone in the Parish of Hunderthwaite.Plus paying a yearly rent to The Duke of Devonshire, of one farthing. Hand written on Vellum (1) and Paper (3). The Deeds span
over Six Royal Reigns Charles II (1660-1685). James II (1685-1688. William III & Mary II,(1688-1702).Ann I (1702-1714). Goerge I (1714-1727) and George II (1727-1760).
