Wittnauer "2000" Time Machine calendar watch
Wittnauer “2000” Time Machine perpetual calendar wrist watch.
The “2000” model was in production from 1970 until 1975, when it was replaced by the “2002”.
The watch has a Japanese 17-jewel automatic movement, signed Wittnauer Watch Co, which is working nicely.
The watch measures 42.5mm wide excluding the winding crown and 45mm high. The case is stainless steel, there is some light surface marking but nothing too serious. The screw-on case back is signed on the inside Wittnauer Watch Co, Japan and the outside has the Wittnauer 2000 logo.
The lens has a couple of small marks, nothing too detrimental.
The signed dial is in lovely condition with original hands, centre seconds sweep and day date display.
The watch comes on a stainless steel bracelet, signed with the Wittnauer W, which currently fits a 19cm wrist although there is capacity on the clasp to make it 1cm larger.
The watch comes in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).
