William and Mary Walnut Cushion Framed Mirror with Wall  mirror cushion
A beautiful William and Mary walnut framed mirror of impressive dimensions and in superb original condition with original mirror plate and original backboards. Made by hand in around 1690.

The cushion frame having developed a particularly lovely colour and with original well patinated finish.

The plate reflects well with some darker marks and a soft smoked appearance as is usual for mirror glass of this great age. Completely right, very original, authentic and atmospheric.

From a private house and exceptionally rare in this large size and superb condition.


Dimensions are:

Maximum dimensions including frame - 24.25 inches wide and 27.25 inches high.

Mirror plate - 15.5 inches wide and 19 inches high.
