A splendid Edwardian carved wooden chess set complete with wooden storage box, having been professionally re-polished.

The black pieces are a combination of turned Ebony and Ebonised Boxwood and the white pieces created from turned and carved Boxwood. They are weighted and a really good size to play with, the king measuring 3 1/4" tall.

Excellent condition the storage box measuring 7 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 3".
