A stylish and extremely comfortable vintage leather Kengu armchair by Elsa and Nordahl Solheim for Rykken. This was made in Norway, it dates from the 1970’s.

The quality is exceptional, this is beautifully designed and is really, really comfortable to relax in. The tanned leather cushions have a gorgeous, buttery soft feel and a lovely colour tone. The teak bentwood frame has a stylish design, the cantilever shape means it rocks gently when sat in.

We have had the leather revived, re-conditioned and hand coloured to give this gorgeous patina, the teak frame has also been re-polished. This is in excellent condition for its age, with only some extremely minor wear here and there.

We also have a matching pair of high back armchairs, pair of low back chairs, high back chair and matching stool that came with this, all seen listed under our other items for sale.
