This vintage steam engine looks to date from the early twentieth century. The cylinder retains the remains of its decal, which looks to be DC (for Doll & Co.) with 'Made in Germany' along the bottom. The steam engine is made from tin-plate with a brass boiler and chimney top, and retains a burner. We have not tested it so it is assumed not to be in working order. We are not sure if any parts are missing.

Condition: Overall in fair-good condition. Untested, and assumed not to be in working order. There are possibly some parts missing. There is some surface rusting and corrosion and the piece is overall a little grubby. There is some wear, chipping and loss to the paintwork.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
