ANTIQUE VICTORIAN BRITISH POLICEMAN (NUM 103) PHOTOGRAPH IN TRAMP ART FRAME. A HIGHLY UNUSUAL VICTORIAN PIECE. A BEAUTIFUL TRAMP ART PHOTO FRAME WITH HIGH DECORATION AS PER PHOTOS. WITH THE CENTRAL PICTURE BEING A POLICE OFFICER IN DRESS UNIFORM (I IMAGINE). THE NUMBER OF THE SHOULDER IS 103, YOU CAN SEE HIS BELT BUCKLE VERY CLEARLY, HOWEVER I CANT MATCH THE BUCKLE TO ANY PARTICULAR POLICE FORCE. THE ITEM IS 20.2cm HIGH AND 14.5 cm WIDE.
