This is a good sized antique Victorian pine coffee table / blank box, circa 1850.

This is a good sized antique Victorian rustic pine coffee table / blank box, circa 1850. The pine box features a wrought iron carrying handle either side. The box is constructed with a hand dovetailed method and features brass hinges on the lid. There are metal castors below the pine box. This is an ideal piece to either be used as a coffee table or blanket box.

Height = 34cm or 1’ 1½”
Width = 94cm or 3’ 1”
Depth = 56.5cm or 1’ 10¼”
Condition Report
The box is in good condition commensurate with their age. Some nominal old use marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. Lovely colour patination to the timber. There is no key. The hinges are in good working order. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use.

Delivery to any address in mainland England & Wales is £39. For delivery to Scotland & Ireland, please email for a quote. If you wish to avoid the delivery cost, you can collect the item in person. Delivery will be made by our own specialised antique furniture delivery service, or in some cases we will use a courier service for distant deliveries. We will inform you by email and/or telephone and provide you with full delivery details including when to expect delivery. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks (depending on location). We will contact you to arrange the delivery day please ensure you give us a contact number to aid the delivery process. Delivery includes insurance we can assure you that the packaging standard is second to none and will fully protect the item.
UK Returns & Refunds
A 7 day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of return transit – the collection cost is the same as the delivery cost. You will be given a refund (excluding the delivery and collection cost) as long as the item is returned in the same condition. We will collect the item using our specialist Furniture Delivery Company to avoid any damage. We will not accept returns via a courier service due to experience of damaged items in transit. This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.
UK Buyer Payment
For UK buyers, we will accept cash on collection or delivery cheque, credit card, BACS (free bank to bank transfer). Payment is requested within 5 days of the sale.
International Buyers
If you live outside of the UK and you would like to purchase this item please contact us before purchasing the item to obtain a shipping quote and delivery lead time.
