A Victorian stick barometer by Hill & Price of Bristol. A burr walnut case with an arched pediment and top hanging loop. Choice case veneers and the original vernier set know. A vernier slide adjuster to the twin plates signed 'Hill & Price, Bristol'. Circa 1875.

Hill & Price of Bristol are recorded in Banfields' 'Barometer Makers and retailers' book as working in the Victorian period.
