This totally gorgeous unused Lucite Stratton 'Musica'- musical powder box is complete with the original accessories - presentation box, pouch, all stickers, instruction leaflet, puff and sifter. The lid shows a beautiful design of musical notes with facet cut rhinestones set atop Lucite. All the rhinestones are in place. A top of the range luxury musical powder box in superb condition! The music box plays the La Ronde perfectly. Wind the key three times clockwise & the tune plays for over one minute. The beautiful lid lifts to reveal an excellent bevelled mirror, which gives a super clear reflection. The inner lid is signed 'Stratton' & has the 'Compact-in-Hand' logo & an attractive pattern made up of horizontal lines. The patented self-opening inner lid works perfectly every time. The winder key is signed 'REUGE STE. CROIX PATENT SWISS MADE'. The base is decorated with the 'curled feathers' design which is used on the most luxurious Stratton accessories. The original box sticker is in place. This is an uncommon Stratton vanity & sought-after. It is delightful and to hear the quirky little tune play is relaxing & transports you back to the 1950s! Measures: 3 1/4 " X 2 3/4" & weighs 188.6 grams.
