Turkish Sterling Silver Full Hunter Pocket Watch

This is an elegant sterling silver (0.800) full hunter pocket watch, made for the Turkish Ottoman Islamic market, circa 1880. The distinctive design of this watch makes it a perfect collector’s item!

DIAL: The attractive silver dial has large black Turkish numerals and spade hands. The dial has a subsidiary seconds dial at the six and a silver outer chapter ring. It is signed in Turkish in the upper centre with an Islamic symbol below.

MOVEMENT: The keywind movement is signed in Turkish and numbered 140307. The movement is currently in good working condition but due to its antique nature, we cannot guarantee precise accuracy.

CASE: The silver case is sterling silver 0.800 and numbered 140307. The silver cuvette is signed in Turkish with an Islamic symbol.
