Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Farewell Benefit for Mrs Glover dated Friday 12th July 1850. Mrs Julia Glover born in Newry, Ireland (1781-1850) died on the 16th July 1850 only 4 days after the Benefit.
Celebrated Actors preformed Mr Charles James Mathews (1776-1835) who was married to Madam Vestris (1797-1856). Robert Roxby (1809? - 1866) and Mr John Sims Reeves (1821-1900) the foremost English Operatic and Ballard Tenor of the time. Miss Charlotte Lucombe (1823-1895) who was to become Sims Reeves wife in November of that year.
The Programme is printed on one sheet but folded in centre to form a front and back. Printed in Woodtype and Metal Type onto tissue type paper by S.G.Fairbrother of 31 Row Street, Covent Garden.
