The Eric Morecambe Greyhounds

From the estate of the late Joan Morecambe, wife of Eric. These dogs guarded the front door of their home in Harpenden and can be seen on the auctioneers photograph of the entrance. The lot number is still on the dogs. Although of a pre cast stone manufacturer the dogs have weathered in a marvellous fashion, with lichen and moss still attached. even without the provenance they have great appeal and could be terrific indoor or outdoor conversation pieces. A auctioneers collection note is also with the dogs.
Height - 41cm = 16 1/4 inches
Depth - 28cm = 11 inches
