A set of excellent quality Victorian postal scales by Mechi and Bazin of London. As can be seen in the photos, the scales and weights are in superb antique condition. The two cameo plates are also in excellent condition with no chips or losses. The scales retain the deep blue velvet base. The base measures 12.0cm x 16.5cm and the scales have a maximum height of 10.0cm. A rare and beautiful set of scales in fantastic condition.
