We are offering for sale this superb pair of Chinese glass table lamps and bespoke pagoda style silk shades.

The lamps are each delicately and beautifully decorated with three different transfers on top of a pearlised glass base, then covered with a thin layer of clear glass. The transfers depict birds, with three different flowers which are lotus, rose and cherry blossom. We have shown all three designs in our photographs. They stand upon four footed wooden stands and have brass caps.

The bespoke shades are in ivory silk and are in the pagoda style, with upturned corners and will be supplied with the appropriate size shade carriers.

The lamps have been completely rewired in pale gold braided silk covered flex and have all new fittings, including safer switched lampholders. As with all electrical items, it is recommended that they be checked by a qualified electrician before use.

Diameter of base: 7 1/4" - 18.4cm

Condition: Very good. The glass is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or damage. The silk shades are new.
