Superb Gordon Russell Oak Dining Table & Chairs
A scarce, sub-zero cool, mid-century era dining table complete with 6 matching chairs.
Manufactured in solid English oak by Gordon Russell Ltd.
This set was introduced in 1967.
It is from the suite known as 'The Composite Group'.
It was designed by the legendary, Professor R.D. Russell.
Clearly built with a reverence for natural materials, this table and chair set features a super, paired-down design which oozes quiet sophistication, typical of the period. Built to rival some of the top-end pieces coming in from Denmark, the carver chairs are especially successful.
All chairs are very comfortable and absolutely flawless having just been professionally reupholstered in a neutral linen effect material and with new foam beneath (of the correct density), throughout. No expense spared.
All chairs are now fire regulations compliant.
A great value proposition good pieces by the Gordon Russell factory are now fast in the ascendancy.

1 x R.130 Dining table (6'0'' x 2'10'' x 2'41/2'' high)
