Majestic looking stags head with a good set of palmate antlers and naturalistic taxidermy, with glass eyes mounted onto a solid oak shield shaped board. The plaque below reads 'FLOWERDALE, 10.IX.1963,A.W.R.W. and to the rear of the backboard has 2 paper trade label 'John Macpherson & Son, Inverness'. A handsome piece of taxidermy and very well done would create an eye catching focal point in any grand room.
