Very Rare Early Essay Proofs by Perkins Fairman & Heath circa 1821's 'Patent Siderographia' for the use on Bank Notes.
The 2 oval vignettes on the third line, with miniature printing/engraving states 'Charter for the Bank of England'.
The round vignettes on the bottom line where used on the back of the very first steel engraved bank note, by Perkins, Fairman & Heath.
(Had been at one point in an album)
