Obligation Bond dated 13th May 1734 between Mary Birkitt of Overton, Flintshire, widow and her son Roger Birkitt to Francis Price Esq, of Bryn-Y-Pierce in Overton, in the sum of £800.00 in respect of carrying out the terms of an Indenture of release.
Has the mark of Mary and the signature of Roger Birkitt with their red wax Seals.
Has a franked paper tax duty franking and 3 embossed duty stamps. The bond is Printed Letterpress and handwritten onto watermarked laid paper. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
