Splendid mounted Scottish red deer stag’s head from the famous highland Rhifail estate, dated 1931. Good taxiermy with a fine set of antlers and glass eyes. Presented on a nicely shaped oak shield (20″ x 13″) with the original ivorine label. Some repairs, most obviously to the tips of the ears.
