Rosewood & Mother of Pearl Mounted Tea Caddy
Antique rosewood sarcophagus shape tea caddy inlaid with mother-of-pearl fretwork motifs and stands on four bun feet. Internally it is divided into three sections with central cut-glass bowl. Lids to tea compartments are hinged with original hinges with mother of pearl inlay to each "B" for black tea and "G" for green tea. Original lock with working key and original rosewood veneer on mahogany interior.
Please check all pictures carefully they for part of condition report. All mother of pearl appears intact. minor age related surface cracking to the wood a little ware to front corners of the lid.
