A rare and highly collectible vintage Stratton powder compact which features a charming Georgian equestrian themed scene.

The lid decoration is crafted to have the appearance of on oil painting and indeed it does!

There isn't any loss of design or fading.

The interior case is fitted with a mirror which gives a good and accurate reflection.

The mirror bezel is signed STRATTON MADE IN ENGLAND

The original felt pouch, puff and sifter are present.

This vanity dates to the late 1940s.

Measures 7.5 cm diameter. Weighs 65.2 grams.
