A Rare to find Great Western Railway pocket watch c1915 in excellent working condition
Rare to find Engineering Dept engraving on the back of the watch with holders number 149
This watch is also pre-grouping of the railway net work in 1923,
Fine Quality movement by Rothermans of London one of the best Railway watch makers
working fine and keeping time
Caes in excellent condtion with no damage , strong top winding button takes a full wind
Strong top bow no wear, case made from a very strong nickel platting with a slight polished finish
White enamel watch dial without cracks or chips, bold black numerals , blue steel hands all original, domed watch crystal still in lovely condition and with bezelled edge
Small sweep second hand dial , side press in pin at 1oclock to set the time works fine
Original engraving on the back of the watch in an old English period style
Watch size 56mm diameter , weight 154grams
This is a Super GWR watch hard to find one is this great condition and with ENg Dept Engraved
I have not seen a better one in 25 years of trading
Fit for any serious collection or would make a great gift more photos available
