A top wind mechanism to the lever escapement mechanism. 18 K marks to the case inner and signed 'Patek Philippe & Co Geneve. Case serial numbers 53541. An enamel dial with 5 minute outer markers and gilt hands. Subsidiary seconds dial. Monogram to the front of the 50 mm yellow gold case.
