A stiletto was a vital component in any Georgian and Victorian ladies sewing kit. Not only was it useful for unpicking stitches but also for making small holes in fabric for embroidery stitches like Broderie Anglais. This Mother of Pearl handled example has a steel shaft and is decorated with an enamelled pansy, typical of items sold at the famous Palais Royal galleries in Paris. I prefer payment by bank transfer, details on request.
I regret that due to current regulations I am unable to ship ivory items to the United States, even though all items are CITES compliant.
